Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: 4593 Ish Drive #320 Simi Valley, CA, USA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Responsabilities :
- Operations Management
- Manage daily production operations
- Work closely with sales for order book management and production follow-ups
- Participate in the continuous improvement of operations
- Organize work, evaluate performance, and take corrective measures if necessary
- Compile production data and analyze it together with the operations manager (KPI)
- Report equipment problems and work to resolve them in a proactive way
- Participate in continual improvement
Human Resources Management :
- Manage all production employees in collaboration with the operations manager and ensure optimal operation of each workstation
- Act quickly in work relations issues or disciplinary situations
- Plan short, medium and long-term labor needs with the operation manager and the human resources department
- Participate in the production workforce selection process
- Evaluate the performance of employees under his supervision
- Ensure a training plan for each employee and ensure its maintenance
- Coordinate the induction and training of new employees
- Administrative management and collaboration with HR (timesheet, payroll, hiring, discipline, training, etc.)
Health and Safety Management :
- Encourage safety standards by demonstrating strong leadership in occupational health and safety
- Participate in plant OHS committee meetings
- Carry out the investigation and analysis of each accident quickly
- Ensure the follow-up of OHS training for all employees
- Ensure the implementation of corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and rules
Quality Management :
- Ensure product quality by working together with employees, the engineering team, and the methods department in Canada
- Promote compliance with CSA and RVIA manufacturing standards
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Title: RV Assembler

As the RV Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and installing all parts of a recreational vehicle as directed by the operations manager. The assembly chain is complete and highly diversified, and you will need to learn the complete process of an RV’s assembly from start to finish. You will plan and organize your work to help the team meet deadlines, understand furniture installation and the use of the right materials through specific and detailed plans, follow assembly and quality standards, use appropriate tools according to the manufacturers’ instructions, and inspect and adjust every component to ensure every RV meets our highest standards, making corrections as needed.
Responsabilities :
- Assemble electronic components, furniture, subassemblies, products, and/or systems
- Learn the complete process of an RV’s assembly from start to finish
- Plan and organize work to help the team meet deadlines
- Understand furniture installation and the use of the right materials through specific and detailed plans
- Follow assembly and quality standards
- Use appropriate tools according to the manufacturers’ instructions
- Inspect and adjust every component to ensure every RV meets our highest standards, making corrections as needed
- Ensure the maintenance of tools and cleanliness of work areas

Requirements :
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in furniture assembly and production
- Avid interest in learning
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport to travel to Canada (Quebec) for training
- Knowledge of cabinetmaking and hardware
- Knowledge in electrical wiring and electronic connections
- Knowledge of units in the imperial system
- Ability to read and execute production plans
- Positive attitude, excellent ability to learn
- Organized, proactive, good manual dexterity, and resourcefulness
